इस्लामी गणतंत्र ईरान के राष्ट्रपति डाक्टर हसन रूहानी ने कहा कि म्यांमार के रोहिंग्या मुसलमानों का मुद्दा बहुत बड़ी मानवीय त्रासदी और हमें मुसलमानों के विरुद्ध जारी हिंसा पर गहरा दुख है। इस्लामी सहयोग संगठन ओआईसी के विज्ञान व तकनीक के विषय पर शिखर सम्मेलन में भाग लेने के लिए क़ज़ाक़िस्तान रवाना होने से पहले डाक्टर हसन रूहानी ने कहा कि म्यांमार के मुसलमानों पर हो रहे अत्याचारों पर इस्लामी जगत ख़ामोश नहीं रह सकता।
